Reservation Officer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our travel agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client travel bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely reservations.

• Handle travel reservations including hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.
• Provide clients with accurate information about travel destinations and costs.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and service providers to confirm bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client profiles.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 3 years of experience in a travel agency or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• A passion for travel and a client-focused mindset.
