Reservation Manager - Remote

Overview

Our client is a collection of luxurious waterfront villas in Fiji with premium amenities and personalized services for an exclusive island escape. They are seeking a highly experienced and organized Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all booking channels, optimize occupancy and revenue, and deliver outstanding guest communication and support. This role operates remotely during the afternoon shift in Fijian time.

In Short

• Manage daily reservations from various platforms.
• Coordinate with Front Office & Operations Team.
• Monitor occupancy levels and adjust rates.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and bookings.
• Generate reservation reports for management review.
• Handle cancellations and no-shows efficiently.
• Liaise with travel agents and partners.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing.
• Support marketing for packages and promotions.
• Work independently with strong time management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a luxury or boutique hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in SiteMinder and RMS.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with dates and rates.
• Passion for hospitality and positive guest experiences.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work across time zones or weekends.
• Excellent leadership skills for managing a team.
