In Short

  • This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around the greater Philadelphia, PA area.
  • Manage and drive distributor performance.
  • Provide oversight and sales strategy of your region.
  • Manage a team of Field Execution Managers (FEM).
  • Responsible for carrying out tactical strategies laid out by the Director of Sales and Distribution.
  • 30% travel required.
  • Participate in the Sales Bonus Plan.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales techniques.
  • Work with field marketing to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the National Accounts team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Great presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Experience managing a team and proven leadership track record.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
  • Creative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales planning expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and data-driven.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
