In Short

  • Manage and drive distributor performance in your region.
  • Provide oversight and sales strategy through managing a team of Field Execution Managers.
  • Responsible for tactical strategies laid out by the Director of Sales and Distribution.
  • 30% travel required to assess distributor teams.
  • Participate in the Sales Bonus Plan.
  • Design and implement sales programs and strategies.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and billings for distributors.
  • Enhance distributor partner performance with your FEMs.
  • Work with field marketing to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the National Accounts team on sales programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Great presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Experience managing a team with a proven leadership track record.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Creative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales planning expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
  • Data driven with a good working relationship with distributors a plus.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
