In Short

  • Manage the Recruitment Lifecycle: Source, screen, interview, and hire the best candidates for hospitality positions.
  • Utilize job boards, creative search techniques, and proactive headhunting to find both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial call screenings to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the right talent is hired for project needs.
  • Provide daily and monthly recruitment reports to the head of recruitment.
  • Foster vital relationships for organizational success and manage interns on various projects.
  • Work closely with cofounders and the team to ensure seamless communication between clients and candidates.
  • Post job vacancies across diverse platforms, including job boards and social media.
  • Maintain and update the company database using recruitment software.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Administrator in the hospitality sector.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with KPIs/targets.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in remote working is a plus.
  • Proven success in delivering results in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Benefits

  • 6-day work scheme (half-day Saturday, Sunday off).
  • Hours: 12 pm - 8 pm Singapore time (1-hour break).
  • 30 annual holidays (including public holidays).
