• GuidePoint is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Chief Information Officer (CIO).
• The CIO oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
• This role serves as the key executive liaison between IT and other business units.
• Define and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with GuidePoint’s growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team.
• Partner with the CISO on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements impacting IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven success leading IT organizations in high-growth environments.
• Experience with AI integration and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage large-scale transformation efforts.
• Financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Collaborative and consultative partner with the ability to influence across functional areas.
