Overview

The HR Systems Administrator will partner with HR and business units to administer and maintain the UKG platform, ensuring its seamless operation and peak performance while managing system configurations and troubleshooting issues.

In Short

  • Collaborate with HR and business units to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Configure and maintain UKG system settings and features.
  • Support reporting and analytics from the UKG platform.
  • Establish integrations from UKG to other applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Develop training programs for users on system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and uphold data integrity.
  • Stay updated on UKG product updates and suggest enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG functionality.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience as a HR Systems Administrator.
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting UKG Pro Core.
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Management timekeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset focused on problem-solving.
  • Certifications in UKG systems administration are advantageous.
  • Self-starter with collaboration skills.
