Overview

As an HR Systems Administrator at Nebius, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems, particularly HiBob, ensuring effective support and optimization of HR technology.

In Short

• Provide end-user support for HR systems.
• Understand and roll out new functionalities in HiBob.
• Identify automation opportunities within HR systems.
• Manage support requests and track tickets efficiently.
• Address knowledge gaps for end users.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Support the implementation of new HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in automating manual work processes.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art HRIS, especially HiBob.
• Experience with SLAs and ticketing systems like Jira.
