Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

George T. Sanders Company is seeking a proactive and technically adept Systems Administrator to manage and evolve our IT infrastructure, end-user support, and project execution.

In Short

• Manage and troubleshoot systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Servers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support.
• Lead or support IT initiatives such as cybersecurity training and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT on project timelines.
• Provide in-person or remote training to employees on new systems.
• Maintain IT documentation and follow compliance protocols.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with office presence required on specific days.
• Occasional travel to branch locations may be required.
• Must be able to lift/move IT hardware as needed.
• Thrive in a small team environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a Systems Administrator or IT Support Engineer role.
• Proficient in M365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking protocols.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic scripting knowledge, preferably in PowerShell.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
