Overview

This role is responsible for all things infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud configuration, security, and virtualization. The Systems Administrator will work with the Technology team to provide high-level support services to all staff and departments.

In Short

Manage infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud services.
Provide support for a 24/7 operation.
Monitor and respond to help desk requests related to infrastructure.
Daily management of Active Directory and server resources.
Deploy and maintain cloud and virtual environments.
Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure projects.
Maintain documentation for all systems.
Seek opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of three years of work experience in a technical capacity.
Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both on-site and remotely after initial training period.
