In Short

• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage system administration and security tasks.
• Ensure smooth and secure operation of internal IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the full lifecycle administration of IT assets.
• Maintain, optimize, and automate IT infrastructure.
• Advise on and manage IT operational and security processes.
• Investigate and resolve system problems and technical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support.
• Develop and maintain IT operations procedures and documentation.
• Contribute to the organization's security strategy and policies.

Requirements

• Expert with remote device management tools.
• Experienced with Google Workspace and Google Productivity tools.
• Experience with Google Cloud technology and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage external vendors.
• Strong time management skills.
• Self-starter with autonomy in managing systems.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
