In Short

• Analyze and document client/server network environments.
• Perform rapid analysis of workstation/server incidents.
• Handle diverse computing environments.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues independently.
• Provide consulting to clients on applications and best practices.
• Mentor and provide escalated support to other engineers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in client environments.
• Review security best practices related to client environments.
• Work with Team Lead to implement service delivery standards.
• Resolve incidents related to various IT services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years desktop/server support experience.
• Experience designing network architectures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must work effectively in a team and independently.
