Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience, or 14 years without a degree.
• Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Server 2016.
• Knowledge of networking and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with SCCM and virtualization on Nutanix.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to document work in Service Now.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
