In Short

• Tactically and strategically complete implementations of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for clients with minimal oversight.
• Lead multiple client relationships, including larger enterprise level clients.
• Deliver value and customer retention through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
• Understand how Adobe Experience Platform fits into a client’s data infrastructure.
• Mentor, advise, and collaborate on career development of team members.
• Digest client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
• Consult clients on larger projects, connecting various moving parts.
• Act as the point of contact for all client meetings.
• Ensure all project tasks are entered into the project management tool Asana.
• Help managers mentor the consultants and guide best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of professional digital analytics experience.
• 3+ years designing data models and integrating data across multiple systems.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Project management and/or technical analytics implementation experience.
• Proven client communication skills.
• Data visualization experience with Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Experience with other technical marketing platforms and cloud data platforms is a plus.
