Strategic Learning Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Learning Consultant at Instructure will work with K12 institutions to enhance the use of Instructure products and support educational goals through strategic planning, consultation, and training.

In Short

• Deliver online webinars and onsite training for K12 institutions.
• Develop content to support training delivery.
• Act as an agent of change for Instructure products.
• Use data to analyze challenges and improve teaching and learning.
• Mentor institution staff on effective use of Canvas and other products.
• Plan and conduct consulting sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to enhance product use.
• Prepare training materials and presentations.
• Monitor client progress and promote success post-consultation.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of teaching or consulting experience in K12 settings.
• 2+ years of experience with Canvas and/or Mastery Connect.
• Experience with digital learning environments.
• Educational leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of technology adoption strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
