Overview

The Associate HR Business Partner is a cross-functional HR partner who provides operational, analytical, and programmatic support to the HRBP team, enabling HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities.

• Partner with HRBPs to support people initiatives across functions.
• Prepare materials and documentation for HRBP-led conversations.
• Track action items and follow-ups across HRBP portfolios.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including role changes and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations cases and ensure policy consistency.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance cycles and workforce planning.
• Pull and analyze people data to support HRBP recommendations.
• Help drive consistency across HRBP practices and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services and serve as a point of contact for HR questions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
