Learning Consultant (Strategic) - Remote

Overview

The Learning Consultant will work with clients to enhance their use of Instructure products, focusing on the Business/Government sector to meet instructional goals through customized consultation and coaching.

In Short

• Deliver online webinars and onsite training.
• Develop training content and materials.
• Act as an agent of change for Instructure products.
• Use data to analyze challenges and apply strategies.
• Mentor institution leaders and staff on Canvas.
• Plan and conduct consulting sessions.
• Follow up with clients to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with team members and clients.
• Prepare help documents and presentations.
• Identify areas needing additional support.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Canvas experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Canvas Credentials or equivalent.
• Experience in the Business/Government sector within education.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Business, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technology adoption strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Enthusiasm for travel.
• Ability to use web conferencing technologies.
