Overview

The Systems Administrator plays an essential role in managing servers, network infrastructure, and applications, providing outstanding support to internal customers while working independently.

In Short

• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, and Nutanix AHV.
• Maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Administer storage solutions and manage backup and disaster recovery.
• Support networking and security measures.
• Provide technical support and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT teams and mentor junior staff.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Train IT Help Desk staff.
• Complete other duties as requested.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Proficient in VMware and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with storage and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
• Strong technical support skills.
• Certifications in VMware, Nutanix, or Microsoft preferred.
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
