Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Systems Administrator plays an essential role in managing servers, network infrastructure, and network applications, providing outstanding support to internal customers on various software applications, hardware, and systems.

In Short

• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, and Nutanix AHV.
• Maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Administer Nimble Storage Array and manage Veeam for backup.
• Support networking, security, and automation tasks.
• Provide Helpdesk support and troubleshoot various issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams and mentor junior staff.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Train and guide IT Help Desk staff.
• Complete other duties as requested.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Expertise in virtualization and Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of storage, backup, and networking.
• Experience in technical support and process improvement.
• Certifications in VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Server preferred.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
