Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to support and maintain Scarpel’s internal infrastructure, network, and systems. In this role, you’ll be critical to ensuring our global operations run efficiently and securely, while also providing top-notch IT support to internal teams.

• Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions across systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) servers
• Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, WLAN
• Hands-on experience with file, mail, and web servers (Apache, NGINX, IIS)
• Experience with Proxmox VE, Portainer (Docker), Git
• Familiarity with Cloudflare for DNS management
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration: Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID
• Knowledge of monitoring tools: Zabbix, PRTG
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
