HR Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The HR Systems Administrator at BridgeBio will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing HR systems, particularly Workday HCM, to enhance the efficiency of HR processes and support the global workforce.

In Short

• Participate in the implementation of Workday and become the functional Subject Matter Expert.
• Manage Workday HCM and other People tools system administration.
• Develop and maintain training resources for system end users.
• Research and assess new tools for system enhancements.
• Act as the primary contact for technical issues and budget tracking.
• Lead upgrade planning and communication campaigns.
• Monitor and resolve recurring system issues.
• Collaborate with the People Team and IT stakeholders.
• Participate in additional projects as needed.
• Strive for excellence in HR processes and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Systems, preferably in biotech.
• Experience with at least one Workday HCM implementation.
• Understanding of HR processes and programs.
• Knowledge of global data privacy laws and compliance.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiations.
• Ability to develop data reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft365 and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication skills.
