Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles.
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Athena).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of human genetics data is a plus.
