Senior Associate, Sales Operations - Remote

The Senior Associate, Sales Operations will play a key role in driving sales efficiency and execution, supporting critical revenue operations across the full sales funnel—from lead generation to contract close. This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in both independent and collaborative work.

In Short

• Partner with sales leadership to manage and execute operational roadmaps and strategic initiatives that support revenue growth.
• Support the day-to-day delivery of Sales Operations functions, including forecast and pipeline management, territory and account planning, and CRM hygiene.
• Analyze business performance and track key metrics, turning insights into recommendations.
• Build internal reports and dashboards that surface critical insights across the sales funnel.
• Create high-impact materials for internal stakeholders, including executive and board-level reporting.
• Own the accuracy of Salesforce data and reporting tools to ensure clean, actionable insights.
• Contribute and/or own sales enablement efforts, including building playbooks and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Drive projects from strategy to execution, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Identify inefficiencies and work proactively to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, consulting, or business operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with Microsoft Office overall.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across various departments.
