General Manager for ANZ Region - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a General Manager for our ANZ region to lead our fast-growing legal technology business. The GM will be accountable for the ANZ P&L, driving growth and ensuring outstanding outcomes for our clients.

In Short

• Own ANZ revenue growth and retention targets.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
• Build relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Strengthen brand visibility in the ANZ LegalTech ecosystem.
• Manage revenue growth, margins, and costs.
• Partner with global product and marketing teams.
• Ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic clients.
• Directly manage ANZ employees across Sales and Support.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in general management or sales leadership.
• Experience leading a full business unit or regional P&L.
• Strong knowledge of professional services clients.
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in Australia.
