Overview

As a Regional General Manager at Pair Team, you will be responsible for executing and scaling operations in your region, focusing on quality care and compliance.

In Short

• Lead a team of care managers and healthcare professionals.
• Own the operational P&L for the region.
• Drive quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Develop playbooks for Enhanced Care Management (ECM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with health plan requirements.
• Meet internal performance metrics.
• Report to the VP of Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing operational teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting metrics.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
