Regional General Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Regional General Manager, you will own the overall execution and scale of your region; including hiring high quality teams, developing playbooks to execute at scale, collaborating to build product that improve inefficiencies and experience, and ensure consistent compliance with Plan requirements.

In Short

• Lead a team of lead care team managers, registered nurses and behavioral health manager to execute ECM services
• Own the OpEx P&L for your region
• Drive the quarterly OKRs for your region
• Be the Senior operational touchpoint for Health Plan POCs in your region
• Develop playbooks and SOPs to guide the execution of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs
• Work cross functionally with Product, Population Health, Network, and Quality/Compliance teams
• Ensure 100% of Health Plan compliance requirements are met for your region
• Ensure the team is meeting all internal performance metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex and highly operational teams and/or in operations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation
• Excellent organization skills to meet goals and deadlines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Thrive working with multiple systems and processes
• Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking
• Proven track record of hitting key metrics
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
