General Manager for MENA Region - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a General Manager to build out Sully's business in the MENA region, focusing on delivering AI solutions in healthcare. You will have end-to-end P&L ownership and drive the growth of our operations.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Dubai and the broader GCC.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a senior management role, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and AI landscapes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with UAE business regulations.
