The General Manager of Food in Dubai will be responsible for leading Careem Technologies largest business and will now have the exciting challenge of taking this business to market leadership.

• Define the strategy and value proposition for Careem Food in Dubai
• Translate the strategy into a clear and actionable business plan
• Manage Careem Food’s business day to day within Dubai
• Recruit, train and manage a team of Commercial account managers
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key restaurant partners
• Negotiate contracts with key partners
• Be a key part of the global food leadership team
• Encourage and lead collaboration between teams

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the food delivery / food tech / quick commerce industry
• Deep understanding of customer psychology
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
