The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test is a technical leader responsible for designing scalable systems, driving engineering excellence, and delivering high-impact quality solutions. This role focuses on cross-team influence, system-wide thinking, and elevating engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 9–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of software architecture and system design.
• Expert-level proficiency in test automation using the Microsoft stack.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, cloud-based systems.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Extensive experience architecting and scaling test automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead comprehensive performance and load testing initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to drive change across complex technical environments.
