Sales & Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Sales & Operations Associate will play a key role in organizing and coordinating network and audio video services projects, engaging with clients and OEMs to ensure competitive pricing and effective communication.

In Short

• Contact OEMs and distributors for pricing information.
• Manage bids and create competitive quotes in Sage X3.
• Interact with clients to present quotes and address inquiries.
• Maintain communication with OEMs for pricing accuracy.
• Monitor market pricing trends.
• Process final project invoicing with Account Management.
• Attend client meetings representing Sales Operations.
• Work closely with Finance on invoicing queries.
• Ensure thorough records of pricing data and client interactions.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and deliver results.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales support or similar role.
• Experience in creating competitive quotes.
• Understanding of buying and reselling hardware/services.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and communication skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
