Overview

The Partner Operations Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various operational and project-related tasks within the organization. This role involves managing purchase orders (POs), maintaining project codes, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.

In Short

  • Set up and maintain project codes for accurate tracking.
  • Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Collaborate with finance teams for timely execution of POs.
  • Provide updates on invoice statuses and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain funds in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as the point of contact for supplier coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procurement guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain and organize team documents in Google Drive.
  • Track daily tasks using internal project management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Proficiency in data management using Google Drive and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial processes.
