Overview

As a Sales Operations Associate at CTI, you will join a team that leverages the Company’s proprietary tax software to provide an accurate and efficient tax study with superior quality which maximizes business boosting benefits.

In Short

  • Assist with the acquisition and onboarding of new customers.
  • Work with the sales team and management to manage leads.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain sales reports.
  • Act as a conduit of information between sales and operations.
  • Forecast sales by studying past data and performance trends.
  • Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed.
  • Assist in the upkeep of sales technology and tools.
  • Provide support to the BDR – Partnerships role as requested.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to CTI’s processes.
  • Minimum 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
