As a Software Development Manager at Corporate Tax Incentives (CTI), you will lead a team that leverages proprietary tax software to provide accurate and efficient tax studies, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximizing business benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in software engineering (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
