Overview

The Senior Associate - Operations role involves contributing to customer conversion projects, ensuring successful delivery of tasks, and providing training and support to customers in the travel industry.

In Short

  • Contribute to customer conversion projects from planning to delivery.
  • Validate customer requirements for successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define project deliverables.
  • Deliver training and support for Sabre standard products.
  • Provide onsite and virtual assistance to customers.
  • Identify workflows and design future processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Document and track issues effectively.
  • Log time on Workday for project tracking.
  • Work closely with regional delivery and support teams.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of hands-on GDS experience, particularly with Sabre.
  • Proven experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Must be proficient in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Team player with experience in a global environment.
  • Experience in customer implementations and project management is nice to have.
  • Functional and technical experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with travel distribution and reservation systems is beneficial.
