Overview

The Senior Director of People Data and Analytics will lead the inception of our HR data and analytics function, ensuring that we have the tools, capabilities and insights needed to make data-driven decisions about our people.

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics
• Experience with HR systems and data analytics platforms
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work well through ambiguity
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for using data for decision-making
• Strong work ethic and commitment to details
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
