As Senior Director, Legal at Kasa, you will serve as the company’s commercial legal leader, protecting and enabling the business across various legal disciplines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• Active bar membership in a U.S. state.
• Experience with Google Suite and contract management software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage outside counsel.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
