We're seeking a Legal Director to serve as the firm's senior authority on legal quality, supervision, and professional responsibility. This is a legal leadership position that ensures discipline, consistency, and legal excellence at scale.

Requirements

• Active U.S. law license.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a law firm or legal department.
• Hands-on experience in immigration law, including Removal Defense and humanitarian relief.
• Experience handling bar complaints and ethics issues.
• Proven ability to establish and enforce legal standards.
