Temporary Legal Assistant - Remote

Overview

New Frontier Immigration Law is looking for a team of Temporary Legal Assistants to support our Legal Team.

In Short

• This is a 4-month contract.
• MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in Immigration Law is required.
• Handle high amounts of incoming calls.
• Draft immigration forms.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction.
• Manage complaints and provide proper solutions.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Work from home with reliable internet and equipment.
• Compensation is $20k - $22k MXN Monthly.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, able to read, write, and speak with ease.
• Working business hours in the Arizona time zone.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
