In Short

• Provide clinical and administrative support to clinicians.
• Assist in the examination and treatment of patients.
• Begin as telehealth support and travel to care centers as needed.
• Complete patient intake functions including vitals and medical history.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members.
• Facilitate referrals and authorizations for members.
• Complete telephonic history and pre-visit planning.
• Manage patient flow and assist with care coordination.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work in a fast-growing company focused on senior care.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience as a medical assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care and medical terminology.
• High school diploma required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Current Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Chinese).
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and EMR applications.
