In Short

• Lead and develop the performance of the Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) team.
• Ensure exceptional medical care delivery to members.
• Drive innovation and operational performance across multi-regional teams.
• Accountable for clinical OKRs and key enterprise KPIs.
• Oversee clinical compliance with regulations.
• Provide strategic leadership to APCs and management teams.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on recruitment and training.
• Advocate for patient-centered care delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Oversee staff and manage performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• 3+ years of experience leading clinical staff.
• Master’s Degree NP or PA license with active board certification.
• Knowledge of clinical standards and proficient in clinical diagnosis.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• EMR documentation and Microsoft applications proficiency.
• Current unrestricted state license and current driver’s license.
• Board Certification and valid BLS certification.
