Remote Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to support Medicare and Medicaid members. You’ll focus on Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closure — all from home, Monday through Friday.

In Short

• Full-time W-2 with benefits
• 8am–5pm, 40 hours/week
• $120,000–$140,000 base salary
• No travel — fully remote
• Handle a mix of preventive and risk-based virtual visits

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least 3 of these states: CA, IN, MO, TX, AL, VA, TN, KY
• 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
• Comfortable working across all product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required
