Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for North Carolina based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Eastern Time
• Experience in prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder
• Coordinate with Care Team for patient recovery
• Compassionate telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with teams
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience
• 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• A dedicated, private workspace with high-speed internet
• Must not have been a patient at Boulder Care
