Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Oregon based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Pacific Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder
• Empower patients in their recovery journeys
• Coordinate with Care Team members
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with SUDs
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with technology and operations teams
• Must have an active OR Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience required

Requirements

• Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license
• 1+ year of experience prescribing MOUD in an outpatient setting
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• Must not have been a patient at Boulder Care
