Overview

New Frontier Immigration Law is looking for a team of Temporary Paralegals to support our Legal Team.

In Short

• 4-month contract position.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience in Immigration Law is necessary.
• Manage a substantial caseload focusing on family-based immigration relief.
• Draft and review applications for relief from removal.
• Support lead attorney in meeting KPIs and deadlines.
• Maintain and organize case files using a legal database.
• Respond to USCIS's Request for Evidence.
• Prepare filings according to firm standards.
• Exceptional communication and client-service skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.
• Strong understanding of asylum processes and complex removal defense.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with legal case management systems (Filevine preferred).

Benefits

• Competitive salary of $26,000 - $30,000 MXN monthly.
