Our mission is to make influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid ads — and we're building the tech that powers it. We’re currently developing a next-gen platform that connects artists, brands, and creators through AI-powered matchmaking and campaign automation.

In Short

• Lead all legal operations at Influur, including corporate governance, contracts, IP, labor, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Be a strategic partner to Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate critical contracts.
• Implement internal legal processes to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
• Leverage AI to automate legal workflows.
• Manage and leverage external legal advisory.
• Support future fundraising rounds and investor requests.
• Build and lead a high-performing legal team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or in-house legal roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Law degree with specialization in corporate law or tech.
• Experience across U.S. and LATAM markets.
• Strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
