• Support Influur’s Legal department with contracts, policies, and corporate structures.
• Draft and review agreements with influencers, brands, and partners.
• Train sales and marketing teams on legal policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle management flow.
• Support corporate obligations for the Mexican subsidiary.
• Track Board meeting minutes and ensure timely signatures.
• Maintain legal files and ensure accessibility and currency.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Currently pursuing a law degree.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Basic knowledge of the U.S. legal system.
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable across different legal systems.
• Experience in contract drafting and policy training.
• Skills in automation tools like Zapier or N8N.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and expand legal expertise.
