Legal Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Legal Department at TRACTIAN is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing risks. This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters. The Legal team works to safeguard TRACTIAN’s interests, providing strategic counsel and supporting decision-making across the organization. By fostering a proactive approach to legal challenges, the department ensures that TRACTIAN operates with integrity and efficiency, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-related contracts and other legal documents.
• Ensure legal compliance in agreements with suppliers, partners, and service providers.
• Structure and update contract templates, internal policies, and supporting legal documents.
• Monitor ongoing legal proceedings and propose preventive measures.
• Work closely with the Legal and Operations teams.
• Handle multiple demands in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Follow up on legal processes and obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active OAB's registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
• Familiarity with digital court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi).
• Experience with supply-related contracts or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
