Overview

As the Deal Desk Lead at TRACTIAN, you will manage the deal and renewal desk function, supporting Sales and Customer Success in structuring and approving deals, ensuring pricing consistency, and serving as a connectivity layer between front-line teams and back-office systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of deal structures and B2B pricing models.
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
