Overview

As a Human Resources Analyst at TRACTIAN, you will play a pivotal role in managing employee benefits, vacation planning, and payroll support, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

In Short

• Manage the full onboarding process, from document verification to system entry.
• Handle vacation management including eligibility control and scheduling.
• Monitor electronic time tracking and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing by verifying data accuracy.
• Work closely with the HR Specialist on labor compliance routines.
• Ensure employee records are up to date and organized.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts.
