Human Resources Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing HR data and reports to business partners, utilizing various Oracle reporting tools to drive business operations and support Ascension Health's strategic objectives.

• Ensure accuracy of report data through validation and analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation of processes and reports.
• Act as a technical point of contact for user acceptance testing.
• Support data governance and standards.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma with relevant experience or a degree in a related field.
• Prior experience as a reporting analyst.
• Database query skills (SQL).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS.
• Excellent communication skills.
